Welcome back to the Fantasy Hockey Hacks Podcast!

In the twelfth episode of the podcast, Devon, Bruce, and John discuss recent news from around the NHL, including playoff performances from Brayden Point, Carey Price, Josh Anderson and more. Rod Brind’Amour is your Jack Adams winner, and has signed a 3 year extension with Carolina. Both semi-final series are now tied 2-2 after the Vegas Golden Knights win in overtime on Sunday night. Oliver Ekman-Larsson is on the trade block, but with 6 years remaining on his contract at $8.25 Million per season, who will be trading for him? We wrap up the episode with our DFS picks for the week.   • June 16th | The NHL and Action Network announce content partnership for the remainder of the playoffs. Action Network is a great resource for sports betting and fantasy sports. 

  • June 16th | According to Pierre Lebrun, trade talks around Jack Eichel have started to get more serious. 
    • Teams that he believes make sense include: Los Angeles, Minnesota, Anaheim, Columbus, Philadelphia, and the New York Rangers. 

  • June 16th | Jason Spezza signs his third consecutive league-minimum deal, $750,000, to stay with the Toronto Maple Leafs. Quoted as saying, “I would take less if I could”. 

  • June 17th | Rod Brind’Amour signs a three year contract extension with the Caroline Hurricanes.
